We firmly believe in and stand with our platform. We also understand, that sometimes our platform might not work perfectly (without issues) for everyone all of the time.
If you find a bug with our platform that we are unable to resolve and if that makes the system unusable, we are more than happy to provide a complete refund within 7 days of your original purchase.
A couple of small points:
- We can only provide refunds due to technical issues if you allow us to adequately try and assist you. If we are unable to resolve the issue for you, we will provide a refund.
- Refunds may only be issued within 7 days of the purchase date.
- Refunds will not be granted if you simply decide not to use our platform or you buy it by mistake. We stand behind our platform 100% and will assist you in solving any problem you have, but we also expect you to adequately understand what you are purchasing and why.
- No refunds would be provided for the monthly plans. However, if your cancellation is before the first trade, only if at least 24 hours in advance of the first trade, you will receive a full refund minus 5% of the subscription amount for administrative fees.
- Administrative fees of 5% of the subscription amount paid will be applicable on any refund.
If the above criteria is met, then you are eligible for refund.Please create a support ticket or contact the support desk through email and we will follow up within 24 hours.
You can cancel your ALGOMATIXRT subscription at any time. No refunds would be provided for the monthly plans,and you will continue to have access to the ALGOMATIXRTplatform through the end of the month.
However, if your cancellation is before the first trade, only if at least 24 hours in advance of the first trade, you will receive a full refund minus 5% of the subscription amount for administrative fees.
If you cancel anytime during the period of the plan, actual monthly charges (not the discounted charges) of the completed and current month will be deducted and the remaining amount will be refunded minus 5% of the payment amount for administrative fees. For example, in a half-yearly plan, if the user cancels the plan in the third month, actual monthly charges (not the discounted charges) for three months (adding two completed months, and the current month at any stage) will be deducted and the remaining amount refunded minus 5% of the total plan amount for administrative fees.
